Justin Crutchfield, NP

1I am an Adult Gerontology Acute Care Nurse Practitioner graduate from Texas Tech University Health Sciences Center in Lubbock, Texas. I have been practicing acute care and outpatient medicine for 3+ years with 7+ years of nursing experience preceding. I have practiced in many different settings including, the intensive care unit, rehabilitation facilities, emergency room and clinic. I appreciate the privilege of being a healthcare professional and find a great deal of fulfillment in helping people. I relocated to Honolulu, Hawaii in 2021 to help with the COVID-19 pandemic and have enjoyed the opportunity to live on Oahu ever since.
